Level 2 and 3

Who is this course for?
Having engaging, qualified and professional Youth Workers is the corner stone of what we do. And the Level 2 and 3 Youth Work courses helps youth and community workers to do this and develop their career.
The courses are open to everyone, and will set you up for a fulfilling career in youth work. What is learnt makes an impact, as seen by these quotes from managers and learners alike.
“Completing the course has had a really positive impact on both our staff and 2BU as a whole. The 2BU Team are now more skilled, motivated, and confident in their roles, which directly benefits the young people we support. This has also strengthened our organisation, allowing us to offer more effective services and better outcomes…” MANAGER 2024
“It definitely gave me more tools and confidence to handle tough and sometimes unexpected situations. What helped the most is probably the very detailed
feedback I received, it made me feel valued and motivated me to keep learning on my own.” LEARNER 2024
